Welcome to A Cape Cod Ocean Manor, the only Bed and Breakfast Inn on Ocean Street Hyannis, your hosts Ashley and Martin welcome you. Having sold the Sea Breeze Inn which we had owned and operated since 1986 We opened A Cape Cod Ocean Manor in March of 2002 with an idea of a special place for couples. When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness. Walking into each room we noticed that each had a view of the marsh or water or both. We knew it would be a very relaxing place for people to stay. All rooms have king size beds, private baths, cable TV with vcr/dvd players, air-conditioning, mini fridges, in-room phones, wireless internet access, water views and small balconies. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on our oversized deck which is lined with cafe tables and chase lounges. Our deck overlooks a salt water marsh with views to Nantucket Sound.
A Cape Cod Ocean Manor is a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Harbor where you can go sailing, deep sea fishing, take a Harbor cruise, or take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Downtown Hyannis is just a 15 minute walk from A Cape Cod Ocean Manor and offers excellent restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and the Kennedy Museum.

Six rooms are available at the inn, each featuring a king-size bed topped with cozy quilts. Enjoy the comforts of private baths, cable television with VCR/DVD combo player, air conditioning, mini fridges, in-room phones, and wireless internet access is avaliable see us at the office for information and upon request check out a laptop. Water views and small balconies are available for those who love the smell of the ocean air or wish to view the marsh and Nantucket Sound. Rooms have been appointed with furnishings such as convenient cocktail tables and wicker chairs.
After enjoying the continental breakfast, take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Because the inn is across the street from Veterans Beach and Veterans Park, as well a five-minute walk to Kalmus Beach, guests have close access to swimming, sailing, whale watching, and beachcombing. Landlovers will appreciate the shopping, golf courses, and tennis courts in the area.

CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so by telephone, fax, or email us 14 days before the date of arrival for a full refund minus a $25.00 administration fee. If you cancel after 14 day or less there is NO REFUND for any reason.
